Nadat het geretourneerde artikel door ons is ontvangen, zullen wij de goederen controleren en de terugbetaling uitvoeren. De terugbetaling gebeurt binnen 2-4 weken na ontvangst van de retourzending.

Als u al betaald hebt, dan storten wij het bedrag terug op uw bankrekening, PayPal-rekening of creditkaart. Bij aankoop op factuur kunt u het factuurbedrag overeenkomstig verminderen.
